Welcome…
I’m so glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Whether you're navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone.
My work is shaped by both my professional training and real-life experience. Before I became a therapist, I served as a Deputy Sheriff in Northern California. I got into law enforcement because I saw it as an opportunity to help and serve others. My transition out of law enforcement and into the clinical world grew from those same values: to show up for those who put their own wellbeing on the line and who sometimes struggle to process what they see and experience on the job. I understand how those experiences can follow you home, and how hard it can be to set any of it down.
I'm also a mother and stepmother, and a lifelong athlete. Those parts of my life aren't separate from my work — they're part of why I'm drawn to the people I work with. I understand shifting identities, the weight of pressure and perfection, and the quiet toll of holding it all together.
No matter your background, my goal is to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. This allows me to support clients in moving beyond what's kept you stuck, reducing the intensity of painful memories, and building a greater sense of resilience and calm.
Together, we'll take a thoughtful, holistic approach at a pace that feels right for you, building the tools and insight needed for lasting change.
If you’re ready to begin, I’m here to walk alongside you.
